Week #1, August 22-26 and/or Week #2, August 29-September 2

Available to all students ages 4-16. Intermediate students ages 13-16 are eligible to be Coach-In-Training (CIT) and pay a reduced fee. Coaches must be 16 and older and must have Candidate for Black Belt or Black Belt ranking.

Each day will include the following:

Taekwondo Training: 4-5 hours per day for full-day students, 3-4 hours for mid-day students, and 2-3 hours per day for half-day students – including stretching, toning and relaxation techniques, technique video analyses for full-day students, and more – all set in a fun, age-appropriate “game-style” as well as traditional format. Each day will feature specific areas of training and special activities.

Other Activities: Arts and crafts, sports fitness, team spirit and motivational games, videos, outdoor games and more! We have “smocks” for all arts and crafts activities and “team” shirts for our sports activities, which will remain the school’s property.

Outdoor Activities include playground time, team games such as relay races, kick ball, basketball, etc.

Snacks & Drinks: 2 snacks and 2 drinks included in Full-Day and Mid-Day fee; 1 snack and 1 drink in half-day fee. Students receive a re-usable sports water bottle; returning students may use last year’s.

Lunch: Full-Day and Mid-Day attendees bring their own lunch. Half-Day attendees may stay through the lunch hour, 12:30-1:30 pm, for an additional fee.

Walking Trips to a local ice cream shop or library are sometimes available, weather and time permitting

Clinic Hours: Full-Day: 8:30 am-5:30 pm; Mid-Day: 10:00 am-4:00 pm; Half-Day: 8:30-12:30 or 1:30-5:30; (CITs attend Full-Day)

Additional Hours available, including before and after or during the lunch hour, for an additional fee

Registration Fee: $20 (new students only) includes a tee shirt and cap or a tee shirt and patch.

Deposit: $25 min. due with reservation; refundable up and until July 15

Family Discount: First at full price, each additional at 10% off for full-day

Student Discount available for attending regular summer classes in addition to the clinic. We encourage students to continue regular training during the summer. Attending just the clinic is not enough for rank advancement; the continuity of training enables achieving maximum benefits and results!
