Until our in-person classes are available once again, all lessons will be online via Zoom. We recommend that students enroll with a practice partner to facilitate training.

New students will learn basic techniques to develop muscle-memory, such as blocks, kicks and strikes, which are extremely important in self-defense. After several lessons, we will gradually add basic defenses. With continued training and guidance, students will learn evasive tactics and escapes from grabs and holds, and defenses against empty hand attacks as well as blunt and bladed weapon attacks.

With over 30 years of experience teaching martial arts and self-defense, we fully understand that everyone develops and learns at his/her own pace. Therefore, we teach individuals accordingly. Our self-defense training is fully customized according to the individualís strengths and weaknesses. In other words, whether online or in person, we help students to develop the techniques that work best for them to the best of their capabilities.
